“Do I hard wire it or do I get a plug for the 220 and what type of plug”

The oven comes with a flex whip and wires with no plug. You can either hardwire to wall box, or install a plug on whip and 220 outlet on wall. I just adapted a 90 degree flex connector to oven whip and blank wall plate.
