“I have all Cuisinart cookware. Stainless steel bottoms with a layer of copper between stainless. Will these work with an induction stove? Also, can I use my (round bottomed) wok on one of these stoves?”

• It should work wit the stove. It has a stainless steel bottom that will be magnetic to the stove. The copper should still work to distribute the heat.

• If a magnetic sticks to the bottom on the cookware you can use it. Round bottom wok not recommended. The wok needs a flat bottom.
