QuestionI know this range does not have a built-in downdraft feature. But is there an accessory retractable downdraft kit that would work with it? I'm replacing a 30-year-old Jenn-Air downdraft range in my kitchen island and a vent hood is out of the question.

- Answer I have no idea, I did notice that Kitchenaid carries a downdraft kit (600CFM) however I don't know if works with this induction range I would contact Kitchenaid or a dealer.

- Answer You probably should check with an electrician to be sure but I think the answer is no. This range needs a 40A or 50A circuit, both of which use four-prong outlets.

QuestionWe are having trouble with the control lock. It will come on and we can not turn it off. Have gone through the manual and nothing works, i have to pull the stove out and unplug it to get it to reset. Please help, this is unacceptable.
