Is this a good oven to use to defrost meat? null

You cannot defrost meat in this oven. If you would attempt to do so it would take too long and spoil the meat in the process. Best appliance for defrosting is a microwave.

The heating controls go from 450 to 200 degrees and the next setting is warm....I gather you can defrost under the warm setting but how long and what kind of heat you get at the warm setting I cannot tell you...
