“How do you toast? I had set the dials for toasting and it took 20 minutes to just brown the top of my english muffin. That's ridiculous! What is wrong? We had ordered the new dials put them on (there is no way to put them on wrong).”

1. Top dial should be set to "TOAST" setting. 2. Go to bottom dial and turn to the right to desired setting (dark, medium, light). If you have done this and you are not able to toast your bread, then you machine may be faulty.
