• I suggest if you get this, wash the racks first, dry them, then turn the oven on for 5 min (turn to 10 then back to 5) BEFORE using. Once the initial newness is burnt off (yes there is a slight chem smell), then it is fine.

• Hi Jode, The interior is PTFE free and PFOA free.
