I went to my local store on Dec. 23rd and ordered directly from the Customer Service desk. They told me they would have to ship it directly but there wouldn't be a charge for that, with an estimated arrival for Jan 18th. I received a notification on Dec. 28th from UPS that the mixer is on the way. You might try just going directly to your local store. I continued to refresh the website with no luck and decided to just go in and try to order it. Worked out in my favor. Good luck.
