If using a low line input it needs to be on the left channel input only. And ensure your receiver settings are enabling the sub to run as such. Hope this helps
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I thought I had the same issue, but I shut down the with the off switch and put other switch on low hertz. Unplug it plug then plug it back in and switch power to auto then turn on receiver. Let it sense it then try changing to your surround sound settings. Mine might be different I'm running the Denon 3301w.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm not quite sure about your pre-existing wire, but this sub, unlike some others, only has a single "line in" input. The connection between your receiver sub preamp out and your "line in" on the sub must be a 75 ohm coax or subwoofer cable terminated with male RCA endings. There are no bare wire terminals.
