If you download the Klipsch ap, there is a power down button there. You can also turn the unit on and adjust treble, midrange and bass from there.

To wake up the unit you can just touch the volume dial up or down a tiny bit it will turn back on. Or you can reconnect it by your phone blue tooth assumed you are playing music through your phone blue tooth. This is a very beautiful blue tooth speaker with natural sound.
