• No it doesn't, but you can set a timer for the heater to shut off after the set time has lapsed.

• It only shut off if you have the temperature on 75

• Yes and yes. The temperature settings are in 5 degree F settings (60, 65, 70, 75, 80, and 85). It also has a Max setting which I think will run continuously. The timer has 1hr, 2hr, and 4hr settings. Seems to work well for a small electric heater.

• Yes, the heater does shut off when the temperature is reached and comes back on once the temperature has dropped without the timer.
