It has a high and low which both have great output. Without looking at the manual i can't tell you the wastage. I plug mine directly into the wall outlet.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I couldn't find information in the owner's manual but there is a sticker on the base of the unit which states that the heater uses 1500 watts. I assume this is for the "high" heat setting and you could presume that the "low" heat setting would be 750 watts.
