The fan includes expanding side panels designed to provide a safe, custom fit for installation in double-hung, casement, or sliding windows that are 24" to 32" wide and at least 12" high. If your XO slider window falls within these size specifications and allows for a secure, level mounting position, vertical installation may be possible. However, please ensure the unit remains upright during use for optimal performance and safety.
