Yes, you can use it in an apartment.. I’m pretty sure the photos on it show that. As with any heater, she just wanna keep it out into the open where it can circulate the hot air it puts out. And I noticed the hot air comes out to one side and when I put my hand to the back of it, the cold air is coming out. So you just wanna give it room to circulate the air to do what it does.
