“What does it mean to use the icon setting on the fan?”

• It is suppose to remove dust and particles that flow through it thus pushing out cleaner air.

• Both answers hear think you mean "ion," rather than "icon." If not, the icons on the fan are as follows: 1. circle with a line sticking out = power on/off 2. clock = timer 3. fan blades = speed (cycle through them) 4. circle with arrows sticking out = oscillation on/off
