• A:Answer The main concern should always be your 24-word Secret Recovery Phrase, which is indeed safe from such an attack because you must always keep a physical copy written on paper. In the event some external disruption affects your Ledger Nano S Plus, or any Ledger device, you would be able to restore a new device with your original 24-word Secret Recovery Phrase.

Q: QuestionDoes this device require special software for use? And is it compatible with Android?

• A:Answer The Ledger Nano S Plus is compatible with Android mobile phones (but not fully compatible with tablets). When using the Ledger Nano S Plus you will need our companion app, Ledger Live, to update the device's operating system, manage funds, and view balances. Ledger Live is available to download for free in the Google Play Store.

Q: QuestionThe Ledger Nano S sells for $79.00, but if you put it in a protective travel case it is $40.00 cheaper at $39.00. How is that possible? Does Best Buy (or anywhere else) sell the travel case separately?

Q: QuestionWhy is this product only priced at $39 this product normally goes for $79 my question in short is why is it reduced price number one and number two is this a returned item that has been purchased by someone previously.
