There is no limit to the number of coins or tokens that a hardware wallet can "hold." Hardware wallets do not store coins and tokens in the way that you'd imagine a USB drive holds file data. Instead, coins and tokens exist on the blockchain, and the Ledger Stax (and any other type of wallet) holds the keys required to access them. The storage capacity relates to how many crypto apps Ledger devices can hold at one time. Generally speaking, you need an app for each different crypto network in which you hold funds. Ledger Stax can hold up to 100 different apps, meaning you can manage funds on up to 100 different networks at one time without having to remove and reinstall apps.
