“I am wanting to pre order this bundle but for Xbox one it says "Coming soon". Does this mean that it has sold out or that it just has not released yet, if it hasn't released, does anyone know when it will ?”

Yes it means it sold out the game will be released on April, 5th but it can become available before launch for preorder just check at random times and you might get lucky.
