My lenovo said fatal error occurred and will not restart now, at all. I powered it off while it was buffering but had to because it was buffering over 5 minutes and I couldn’t get out of the buffer, powered off and that was the last time it worked over two years ago. Called for assistance from both lenovo and Best Buy, neither helped me because the PC did not have a barcode number sticker on back, they said can’t help if no id #, I said it never came with one, why doesn’t it have a barcode id? My guess is I bought a renewed refurbished PC and they sold it as NEW. Won’t ever spend $600 on a lenovo pc again, EVER
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Can be of no help other than to say it's not just yours - I'm having same issue and then can't get it to turn off using on/off button. Found if I unplug and restart it works for another few days before going black again. I put my 7-8 year old Lenovo I kept for back up in use as the dark screen happened often enough to be annoying. Will keep my eye here to see if anyone has suggestion how to stop this before I try using it again.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If the display of your Lenovo IdeaCentre A340 22 All-In-One system is black, check to be sure that the screen brightness has not been inadvertently set to zero brightness. If the screen brightness is not set to zero, but there is still no image on the screen, press the power button to shutdown the computer and hold the power button down for for 10 seconds. Once the computer is completely shutdown, unplug the computer and wait 5 minutes. Plug the computer back in and press the power button. If the screen stays back, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support for additional help at: 877-453-6686.
