“The description under full specs shows it comes with Windows 11 Home. The truth is it comes in Windows 11 Home S Mode. Why am I not able to get out of S mode. I have contacted Microsoft multiple times, and they can't even figure it out. Please Help!”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Both statements are truthful. S Mode is a subset of Windows 11. It's like saying a square is always a rectangle, but a rectangle is not always a square. I believe that when people can't exit S Mode, it's often because they haven't updated the MS Store. If your updated Store still can't help you, Google the words "exit S Mode" to find a number of alternate methods.
