“does this chromebook have palm rejection function to allow note taking? if it has the palm rejection, is it compatible to generic USI pen? what is the refresh rate for the screen. Thanks”

Palm rejection technology will reside with the USI Protocol Active pen you choose to use with this Lenovo Chromebook Duet. The USI active pen is sold separately. Check with the USI Pen manufacturer for palm-rejection capability of the specific USI pen you choose.
