• We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with the detachable keyboard included with your Chromebook Duet, model number ZA6F0016US. The key board uses a direct contact with the 5 POGO pins within the screen and the keyboard. Magnets within the screen and keyboard should align the keyboard with the screen automatically for a secure connection. This works best on a flat surface. Try disconnecting the keyboard and reattaching it. If the issue continues, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support for Chromebooks at: 800-426-7378.
