“Is this device eligible to redeem any Google Perks besides Google One?”

• Answering my own question but upgrading to the Dev channel and using the "Explore" app will allow Duet owners to redeem perks. I simply redeemed perks and then reset my Duet back to stable. Hopefully we won't need to do this much longer.
