• Hi Nathan, With this model IdeaPad Slim 3i, memory and storage cannot be upgraded, as both are integrated with the systemboard. Please feel free to reach out to us with any other questions!

• Always look at the Specs. If the RAM spec (which is what "memory" is) says "LPDDR," it ABSOLUTELY CANNOT be changed. And if you mean STORAGE (which is not quite the same thing). that can't be increased either, at least not internally. You would have to use either the SD card or the USB ports.
