• No computer NEEDS "Norton or other internet security." If you never connect to it. Every other one should have it, and ALL Windows computers come with an antivirus component, Defender, which, like Norton, McAfee, Bitdefender, AV, Avast, and the rest, will handle basic activities of this nature.
