Hello, we are sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue with your Lenovo Legion 5. You can access your touchpad settings by pressing the "WINDOWS" key on your keyboard. This will select the windows search bar for you. Next type "touchpad" into the Windows 10 search bar and when you see "TouchPad Settings" displayed press the "Enter" key to pull up the touchpad settings menu. From here please press the "Tab" key on your keyboard until the "TouchPad On/Off" slider is selected. Press enter to turn your touchpad on. Alternatively if you have an external mouse (USB/Bluetooth) you can plug it in and access your touchpad settings in the same way. The Lenovo Vantage App also gives you access to a quick select feature to turn the touchpad on or off. If after this your touchpad is still unresponsive we recommend reaching out to Legion Ultimate Support at 888-278-9707
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
