Hey Pablo, Thanks for leaving a note for us in the Q&A section. We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your Legion 7i. We're happy to help. We'd like to share a couple things to try to address what you've shared. To start, if you can't see your mouse, it's possible that your touchpad is turned off. To check, you can press the Fn + F10 key (should see a touchpad symbol with a line through it). Alternatively, in Windows Settings, follow these steps to get to touchpad settings: Bluetooth & Devices > Touchpad. There should be an option to toggle the touchpad here, please ensure it is on. If this doesn't resolve the issue and number input isn't working when Num Lock is enabled, this could be due to a system bug. From here, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well. If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. We recommend contacting Lenovo Support here: 877-453-6686, for further assistance. Please feel free to reach out to us with any other questions!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
