“I've heard that 400w power supply isn't enough for this pc but that's what it comes with, is it complicated to upgrade a PSU? Should I buy this one now and wait a week for it or wait for another better pc for who knows how long? (It's my first pc so. . .)”

The system is a great value. I installed the EVGA 850 watt PS from Bestbuy. It was very easy. I suggest getting a PS with modular accessory cables so you can leave all the extra unused cables out of the PC.
