• You can upgrade the memory up to 16gb.

• This model is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty. The maximum RAM this configuration can support is 16GB. Check with your certified technician for your options. There is a limited 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering OEM issues. This manufacturer's warranty is valid in North America only.
