• yes you are able to use this for ps4 and as a computer monitor via the hdmi port on the rear of the unit.

• There's a likely chance you could, just not in a split-screen style. You'll need an ultra-wide monitor. I did test this out by having my notebook plugged into the D-Sub VGA port and a Chromecast in the HDMI port; I had to change inputs to and from one another. If you need more than one HDMI input to the monitor, you'll need an HDMI combo switcher.

• Not sure what you mean by stationary? But you can plug the vga into the pc and the hdmi into the ps4 and swap the inputs. regardless its compatable with both ps4 and pc.

• This monitor has both VGA and HDMI inputs. As long as the game console is compatible with those connections, you should be able to use this monitor.
