The Lenovo Smart Clock 2 with Wireless Charging Dock is 10W MagSafe-compatible Qi wireless charger compatible. Be sure that your phone is properly aliened to the charger. You will see a Device Is Charging Indicator on the screen of your iPhone when it is properly aliened and charging. Since it is charging some of the time, check to be sure the iPhone is properly aliened and charging indicator is displayed on the phone screen.
