Please try again later.One of the options when setting a Routine starter (i.e. when or how a Routine starts) is at sunrise or sunset, each of which can be adjusted at 15-minute intervals for a couple hours before or after. So you simply can create a Routine that runs the command "Turn on the light" at 30 minutes before sunset, for example.
