• Mine has no seconds. Mine has to have internet

• The Lenovo Smart Clock Essential does not display seconds. The Smart Clock Essential must be connected to the internet via WiFi for setup and Google Assistant functionality. The Smart Clock Essential will remember any alarms you setup if the WiFi goes out, so long as the Smart Clock Essential continues to have power.
