“I complete the Windows update: 1. finger scan doesn't work and 2. Windows Hello is not compatible? I un, re, install finger scanner from Lenovo website and it does nothing. Device Manager says up to date but Synaptic WDBI has warning sign.”

Did you go into Windows account settings and re enter your finger scan? I have ran the updates without any issues. Sounds like Synaptic WDBI maybe your issue.
