You can connect the Lenovo Yoga 730-13 to a network ethernet cable by using a USB to ethernet adapter. There are many different models available, but here is an example of the adapter: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/insignia-usb-3-0-to-gigabit-ethernet-adapter-white/3510527.p?skuId=3510527
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This seems to be a trend in many of the the new compact laptops. On the plus side, these usb-connectors are very fast. I purchased a 3in1 usb, hdmi adapter that plugs into one of the usb-c plugs. I'm pretty sure this type of adapter is available for just about any connection. The one I purchased cost about $10.00 and worked perfectly. This is a great laptop and I think you will be very satisfied with it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I Purchased an Insignia USB 3.0 to Ethernet Adapter with the Lenovo for this very reason. This provides a RJ-45 connection to wired ethernet, which works very well. It was easy to install, and provides a fast wired connection. Only issue is that it uses up a USB port, so when you are using the laptop as a desktop , you may also need to get a USB hub to allow you to also plug in a USB mouse and USB drive.
