I can use the rapid charger to charge the yoga or my cell phone an LG G& thinq or my husband's moto x. He loves the rapid charge mode. This device is a 110V device. It ships with a North American configured Dual Voltage AC adapter with a North American, wall-side plug. To use this device outside North America, you will need to purchase a wall-side plug adapter.
