- Answer Yeah you can support 144hz monitor. You don't need an adapter, thunderbolt is actually a mini display port with additional features.

- Answer Yes, a 1-year warranty. BUT, you are well-advised to fork over an additional $30 or so to Lenovo right after you buy this laptop (or any Lenovo laptop) so as to "upgrade" the warranty from "depot" to "onsite." "Depot" means you must ship the laptop to Memphis TN for 2 weeks for warranty service. (Bad.) "Onsite" means they come to your home or office to repair the laptop within 2-3 days of calling them. (Good.) I found the extra $30 very much worth it when my laptop needed the wifi card replaced under warranty. (Actually, $85 for me, as I bought 3 years extended warranty coverage called "PremiumCare." See my Best Buy review of this laptop for more details about the wifi card and the warranty coverage.)

- Answer There is a 30-day trial of Microsoft Office 365 included as part of the Windows 10 operating system. In order to keep the program active after the trial period, you will need to purchase a product key. You will not need to download any additional software.

- Answer While Lenovo claims a weight of 2.62 lbs. (and 2.49 lbs. in their PSREF materials), my unit weighed in at 2.75 lbs. Not a huge difference, but something to be aware of if weight is critical in your decision process.

QuestionI purchased one of these less than 4 months ago. The battery life lasts less than 3 hours with normal use. Also, there is a small horizontal line on the right side of the screen. I've called Lenovo multiple times but their automated system hangs up.

- Answer No. 256gb is the highest current configuration. The 930 model can get 1T drives, but ssd drives get pretty expensive at that size. The 930 model also has several other system upgrades, but unfortunately does not have a backlit keyboard
