This Lenovo Yoga 7i 15, model number 82BJ007TUS, has two different sets of page up/page down keys. There are Pg Up/Pg Dwn keys incorporated within the arrow up/arrow down keys. To select the Pg up/Pg down feature, hold down the Fn Key and tap the arrow up/arrow down keys for the feature you want. There is also a Page Up and Page Down feature within the 10-Key Numeric Pad keys, as well. If you do not need the 10-Key Pad for numbers (there are numbers available also across the top of the keyboard), you can turn off the Num Lock which then activate the secondary feature of the number keys. Page Down will be at the 3 key position and Page Up will be at the 9 key position. You will not need to use the Fn Key once you turn off the Num Lock feature on the 10-Key Pad.
