The RAM within the Lenovo Yoga 9i-14 is soldered to the motherboard and there are no RAM slots available. The RAM is not upgradeable. This model is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty. We recommend you consult with your certified technician about your options for upgrading the 256GB SSD M.2 2280 PCIe 3.0x4 NVMe solid state hard drive within this configuration.
