• The included pen stores magnetically, but only the included pen. Others will have to be stored in another way.

• Hi, Nathan. The included pen is the Lenovo Slim Pen, which can be magnetically adhered to the front cover of your Yoga 9i, just below the top notch or camera bump. If you're using the Precision Pen 3, it cannot be stored inside the device or adhere to it in any way.
