• Yes, it does. Toggle between [Dim -- Bright -- Off] through pressing the Fn + Space keys.

• The Lenovo Yoga C930 laptop (in our case the 4K version, but this probably applies to the other versions as well) has three keyboard backlight brightness modes: off, bright and brighter. Simply hold down the F key and press the Space bar until you get the brightness you want. Sequencing is as follows: off, brightness 1, brightness 2 (brightest), and then off again, and so on.
