• Without the range boost mode I'd say about 15 feet.

• You can lock and unlock from anywhere as long as you have Wi-Fi.

• Bluetooth Low Energy range is ~20ft. However, if you integrate your lock with HomeKit or Amazon Sidewalk/Ring and an accompanying hub/bridge, it can be controlled from anywhere.
