Hi Larry - Yes, you can customize your sound by adjusting the bass, mid, and treble ranges for both hearing aid mode and media streaming. If you are looking for directional support, you can use the "Focus" mode in the app. This tells the microphones to zero in on what is right in front of you, helping block out background noise.
