    • Answer Hello Jed - If you purchase Lexie OTC hearing aids from our website, we offer a 45-day risk-free trial period. If you're not 100% satisfied with your Lexie hearing aids, you can return them in the original packaging with all the accessories and get a full refund. If you purchase your Lexie OTC hearing aids from a retailer their trial period and return policy will apply.

  • QuestionDoes the Lexi B3 units have a separate mid-range adjustment? Also, can I manually shut off the back microphones when ambient noise is loud?

    • Answer Hi Larry - Yes, you can customize your sound by adjusting the bass, mid, and treble ranges for both hearing aid mode and media streaming. If you are looking for directional support, you can use the "Focus" mode in the app. This tells the microphones to zero in on what is right in front of you, helping block out background noise.
