• The unit is designed to mount under a cabinet, over a stovetop. Other models are available for countertops.

• It will not work at all. I had this installed by Best Buy over a month ago and it has never worked. Worse yet, the installers took my working microwave and told me I had to call customer service to have them bring it back later in the day. Guess what customer service couldn't do? I had to buy countertop unit to hold me over until the imaginary 'someday' that Best Buy decides that I should have a working version of the appliance I paid for. Moral of the story/TL;DR: Dont buy appliances at Best Buy(or this unit) if you want a working appliance.
