The LG 1.7 cu.ft. Over-the-Range Microwave Oven, Model # LMV1762ST is designed to be installed under your upper kitchen cabinets that have a minimum width of 30" between the cabinets and has to be attached to your upper cabinets and the rear wall. Both the upper cabinet and the rear wall structures must be able to support 150 lbs., and the weight of any items that you place in the oven and your upper cabinet. The mounting bracket comes attached on the back of the microwave oven. Regrettably, there aren't any brackets available for installing the microwave in a manner other than what is instructed in the installation guide...^IFV
