• The LG - 1.8 Cu. Ft. Over-the-Range Microwave - Stainless-Steel, Model # LMV1831ST vents internally. You don't need to vent it to the outside...^IFV

• Yes you do and if you have a Hood up there now with a fan you should have got wires and a vent
