I currently have a microwave which depth is 15 9/16, will this model with the depth of 15 7/8 fit? Will I be able to open the microwave door if I purchase this model with the depth being 15 7/8? null

Will work fine.  With this microwave having more depth than your old one, it will just stick out an extra 5/16", and the door will open fine.

Of course you'll be able to open it. It sticks off the wall more so there will be even less to encumber the motion.
