“Does this microwave need charcoal filters? I'm doing room venting and if so does this microwave bring them? and if so do i need to replace them? what would be the item name or number”

If you are venting the microwave oven internally, the charcoal filter should be replaced every 6 to 12 months, or more often if necessary. The charcoal filter cannot be cleaned. The compatible Charcoal Filter is Part # 5230W1A003A...^Ivan.
