This lag is common with sound bars. Just turn off the TV speakers. More speakers does not equal better sound quality. Even if they are synchronized in regards to timing, multiple speakers that have not been engineered to work together will give you a sound wave interference pattern that results in terrible sound irregularity as you move through the room. The reason for having a sound bar is to get larger, higher quality speakers capable of producing richer, cleaner sound than the internal speakers can deliver. If this is not true, then get rid of the sound bar. If it is true, then don't mix higher sound quality with lower quality. The result will be lower quality. TLDR. Please turn off the TV speakers whenever you use a sound bar.
