• We had the same problem. Check you have the sound bar the correct way up. It’s confusing as the LG logo is not at the front of the sound bar.

• I would make sure the batteries are in right. I f it does not work, I would try a different set of batteries. If that does not work, then I would call Best Buy and inquire with them. They should offer free tech support.
